South East Adelaide – Co Development – Renewables & Data Centre

Skylab Australia is developing a large project development in South Australia, approx. 120klm South East of Adelaide.

The project is proposed to have the following:

1. 800MW – 275kV connection  to the Electranet Network staged in 200MW lots from Q3 2028 in yearly intervals
2. 240MWp Solar PV
3. 200MW/800MWh BESS
4. Staged 200MW data centre load blocks.

The site has strong transmission network access, high volume potential water supply, Ultra low latency fibre duplicate communications network, Mains Gas, and borders the main highway between Adelaide South Australia and Melbourne Victoria

Our team has commenced working closely with key stakeholders in the South Australian Government, Utilities and Data Centre Operators to secure the long term need for the site.
